- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives with the outer seal punctured (compromising the freeze-dry shelf life), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will offer a replacement or store credit.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
5. Proper Storage and Shelf Life
- The longevity of freeze-dried food (up to 25 years for some products) depends strictly on proper storage.
- Customers are responsible for keeping products in a cool, dry, and dark place. Once opened, products must be consumed quickly or resealed in an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cuenca Freeze Dried Foods shall not be liable for any health issues arising from improper storage, handling, or consumption of the product after delivery, nor for any allergic reactions to disclosed ingredients.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the courts of Cuenca, Azuay.
